- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells in boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, turkey bacon, chicken ham, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each jumbo shell with the cheese and meat mixture.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in the baking dish and top with remaining marinara sauce.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
