  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells in boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, turkey bacon, chicken ham, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each jumbo shell with the cheese and meat mixture.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Arrange the stuffed shells in the baking dish and top with remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like basil or parsley to the filling.
  • Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
