  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and diced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and cool.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, turkey bacon, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
