  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, cooked noodles, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and half of the cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
