  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups buttermilk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
