Delicious and creamy chicken dish with turkey bacon served over rice, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sear chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Remove chicken from the skillet and add chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add rice and stir until well mixed, then return chicken to the skillet.
  5. Cover and cook on low heat until rice is fully cooked and chicken is tender.
  6. Top with crispy turkey bacon before serving.
