  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, brown the chicken breasts on both sides.
  3. Add the rice, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
