Delicious Olive Garden-style Ravioli Carbonara made with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 1 package cheese ravioli
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken ham and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and black pepper, mixing well.
  7. Add the cooked ravioli and crumbled turkey bacon to the skillet. Toss gently to combine.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

  • This dish can be easily customized with your favorite vegetables.
  • For a richer flavor, use pancetta instead of turkey bacon.
