Delicious mini jalapeño popper egg rolls filled with turkey bacon and cream cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, turkey bacon, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.
  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with beaten egg.
  4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on all sides.
  5. Drain on paper towels before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, you can bake them instead of frying.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce for added flavor.
