  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  4. Sprinkle half of the cheese mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  5. Cover with the top half of the rolls and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and garlic powder, then brush it over the top of the rolls.
