4 mini bagels
1 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 cup sliced olives
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Split the mini bagels in half and place them on a baking sheet.
Spread a layer of pizza sauce on each bagel half.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
Top with pepperoni slices, bell peppers, and olives as desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
