  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound macaroni
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a pot, cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  4. Add macaroni and half of the cheese to the beef mixture, mixing well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
