  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (like cranberries or raisins)
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, sunflower seeds, dried fruit, and coconut flakes.
  3. In a saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, oil, vanilla, and salt over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
