Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (like raisins or cranberries)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, dried fruits, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well combined.
  5. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture into the dish, pressing it down firmly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
