1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
1/4 cup spinach, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, turkey bacon, bell peppers, spinach, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin.
