A delicious and creamy side dish that combines Brussels sprouts and turkey bacon, perfect for any meal.

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts, then cut them in half.
  3. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
  5. Add the Brussels sprouts and turkey bacon to the cream mixture, then mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs and cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

  • This dish can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
  • Feel free to substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if preferred.
