- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts, then cut them in half.
- In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
