  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and garlic until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
  5. Flatten each biscuit, then place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
