1 whole turkey
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Clean the turkey and pat it dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, and thyme.
Rub melted butter all over the turkey, ensuring it’s well coated.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the turkey.
Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth into the bottom of the pan.
