Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 4 sub rolls
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Place the cooked meatballs in sub rolls and top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Return to the oven until the cheese is melted.

Notes

  • Serve with extra marinara for dipping.
  • Great with a side salad.
