  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Dip each slice of brioche bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side.
