  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with sour cream.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
  7. Fill muffin tins with batter and sprinkle topping on each muffin.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before serving.
