Enjoy a decadent breakfast with our Breakfast Poutine topped with rich Hollandaise Sauce, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fries
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Hollandaise sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the fries according to package instructions until crispy.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the diced chicken ham until heated through.
  4. In a pot, poach the eggs until desired doneness.
  5. To assemble, place fries on a plate, top with turkey bacon, chicken ham, and poached eggs, and drizzle with Hollandaise sauce.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some chives on top before serving.
  • You can replace the turkey bacon with regular bacon if desired.
