  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the croissants into bite-sized pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and gently toss to combine.
